图解: Ice Cream with Toasted Coconut Topping
Escaping to the tropics might not be as easy as 1-2-3, but indulging in a taste of the tropics can be with this sweet coconut treat!
Ingredients:
1 cup shredded coconut
1 (2 ounce package) peanut topping, found on baking aisle
1 cup frosted corn flakes
1 pint vanilla or coconut ice cream
Step 1: Lightly toast coconut in oven (300 deg) for 5- 8 minutes until golden brown, then mix with peanuts in a bowl.
Step 2: Place frosted corn flakes in a food storage bag and crush into bits.
Step 3: Mix crushed flakes with coconut & nut mix, sprinkle over scoops of vanilla ice cream and enjoy
