Anshan High-tech Park (ASHTP) is located in the eastern part of Anshan city. It was authorized as a state-level park in 1991. Total development area of the Park is 7.9 km2.
As an important industrial city in Northeast China, Anshan is known as the "City of Steel" in China. It is easily accessible to Shenyang and Dalian.
The ASHTP is 3.5 km from the downtown area of the city, 13 km from Qianshan Mountain Tourism Resort and 80 km from Anshan Tengao Airport. It is also linked to the Shenyang-Dalian Expressway. Yingkou Bayu port is 125 km away, about one and a half hours drive from the Park.
