2007年中国十大网商评委——刘拥军

刘拥军，国际商报社社长兼总编辑；

    1953年8月出生于重庆市；

    1982年1月毕业于四川大学中文系，文学学士；

    1969年6月，到四川省合川县(现重庆市合川区)临渡人民公社幸福大队插队；

    1972年12月参军，先后为战士、文书；

    1977年6月，复员至四川省合川县物资局当工人；

    1978年2月考入四川大学中文系；

    1982年毕业后，长期在原外经贸部（现商务部）机关工作，先后任办公厅秘书一处干部、副处长，部党组秘书；

    1993年至1996年2月，任国际商报社副总编辑；

    1996年3月任原外经贸部（现商务部）办公厅副主任、巡视员；

    1999年3月，任国际商报社社长；

    2002年3月起，任国际商报社社长兼总编辑。

    Liu Yongjun, president and editor-in-chief of International Business Daily.

    Born in Hechuan County of Chongqing in Aug. of 1953, Mr. Liu graduated from the Chinese Language Department of university of Sichuan, and obtained literature bachelor in Jan. 1982.

    In June 1969, be sent to live and work in the countryside as a member of a production team for a number of years in Sichuan Province.

    Mr. Liu joined the army in Dec of 1972, took the post as soldier , copy clerk; in June of 1977, and demobilized and worked as a worker to Materials Bureau of Hechuan county of Sichuan Province.

    Mr. Liu was admitted to the Chinese Language Department of University of Sichuan in Feb of 1978.

    After graduating in 1982, he worked in the former Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (Ministry of Commerce at present) for a long time, took the post respectively as cadre , vice section chief , secretary of office, secretary of leading Party group of the ministry.

    Then Mr. Liu took the post as the deputy editor-in-chief of International Business Daily from 1993 to Feb of 1996; and took the post as the Deputy Director of the Administrative Bureau and Inspector of Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (Ministry of Commerce now ) in March of 1996.

    In March of 1999, Mr. Liu took the post as the president of International Business Daily, from March of 2002, took the post as the president and editor-in-chief of International Business Daily.
