1. Achievement

    Our company has become one of the largest Internet service providers for the hotel industry since its incorporation in year 2001. We operate and manage Internet service for more than 100 hotels in Egypt, Hong Kong, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand. In addition to hotels, we also manage Internet service for airport, ferry terminal, government library, hospital and other properties across Asia.

    About half of our customers (for Internet management service) first knew us from our corporate website when they searched the Internet. They then contacted us via the contact information provided in the website. Furthermore, almost 100% of our customers (for sales of equipment) have closed deals with us just by email. Many of them are considered to be loyal customers and they have signed long-time contracts with us.

    2. Innovation

    Our company has started the business in Hong Kong in year 2001. After we succeeded in Hong Kong, the shareholders and management decided to expand the business to overseas. However, it is not possible for us to set-up a full team in each country due to costing issue. We therefore looked into the solution of applying centralized control (i.e., administration, operations, HR, IT, settlement and accounting are done in our Hong Kong (headquarters) by using Internet. This saves us a lot of operating cost as we only need to recruit technical teams in overseas. Since then, our company's revenue has increased more than 100%. Total no. of staff, including both Hong Kong and overseas, is only 43 but we are managed to provide 24 x 7 Internet management service to more than 100 hotels and other properties across Asia.

    3. Trust

    We provide excellent Internet management service to hotels to ensure that all hotel guests can use Internet service at hotels easily and trouble free.

    More than 95% of our customers have returned to us and renewed the contracts to use our service or purchase equipment from us. Our company is also proud to manage both wireless and wired Internet service for Regal Airport Hotel in Hong Kong, who has received the award of "The Best Airport Hotel in Asia Pacific" for 6 times and 2 consecutive years by Business Traveller Asia Pacific and TTG Asia respectively.

    4. Social responsibility

    We sponsor YMCA youth hockey league in Hong Kong every year since 2 years ago (under 10 years age hockey team and under 12 years age hockey team). The aim is to let school children grow up in a healthy environment by means of sports and team building.

    To serve the industry and to ensure that the government hears the voice of the industry, our company has registered and become one of the authorizing companies to vote for the committee member (IT Sector) who have the right to elect the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Government, and to vote for the legislative council member (IT Sector) in Hong Kong. We have executed our voting rights in all elections in the past.
